What Happens When a Team Account Becomes Inactive
A Fathom Team account may become inactive for several reasons:
The free trial has ended
There is an outstanding payment, and the account was automatically canceled
The team requested cancellation
When this happens, certain team features—such as viewing or managing Team Calls—will be temporarily disabled until the account is reactivated.
What You’ll See When Accessing Team Calls
If your team account is inactive, clicking the Team Calls tab will show a message prompting you to reactivate for all users.
You will not be able to access team-wide recordings or insights until the account is restored.
How to Reactivate Your Team Account
Click Reactivate in the prompt shown under the Team Calls tab
You’ll be guided to select a new plan for your team
Complete checkout to restore full access for all users
Once the payment is processed, your team account will immediately regain access to team features.
