How to Change Your Company Logo

If you have a Team Membership subscription, you can use Brandfetch to automatically import your company’s logo into Fathom using your email domain.

Go to Brandfetch’s website and add your domain at the end of the URL:

<https://brandfetch.com/YOURDOMAIN>

For example, for us it would be:

<https://brandfetch.com/fathom.video>

On your Brandfetch page, look for the "Claim Brand" button. This connects the Brandfetch profile to their company domain, so assets sync correctly across tools

After claiming your brand, upload the logo you would like Fathom to display for your team.

Fathom will automatically fetch the updated logo the next time the notetaker appears.

• Note: SVG is recommended for the best clarity

• Only Brandfetch Team Admins can upload or modify brand assets.

• Fathom cannot modify, overwrite, or fix Brandfetch upload errors — users must contact Brandfetch Support for issues such as file rejections or logo processing errors.

• Brandfetch updates may take a few minutes to propagate into Fathom.

Once your logo is uploaded to Brandfetch, please don't hesitate to contact our support team at help@fathom.video. We will refresh your account from our backend to ensure that your updated logo appears in Fathom.
