How to Find Fathom App Logs (Windows)

Press Windows Key + E or click the File Explorer icon in your taskbar.

1. Click in the address bar at the top

2. Type or paste: %APPDATA%\\FathomVideo\\logs

3. Press Enter

Alternative path:

C:\\Users\\[YourUsername]\\AppData\\Roaming\\FathomVideo\\logs

You should see multiple log files including:

• main.log — Contains desktop app process information

• main.[timestamp].old.log — Previous session logs

• renderer.log — Contains UI rendering information

Attach all files from this folder to your support email or share via a link.

Tip: If you can't find the AppData folder, make sure hidden folders are visible: Go to View → Check Hidden items in File Explorer.
