Company Keywords or the Transcription Dictionary are custom terms added to improve the accuracy of transcriptions by recognizing company-specific words, acronyms, product names, or industry jargon.
Who benefits from Transcription Dictionary?
Transcript Keywords are generated and applied for all non-consumer domains, so everyone on your team benefits from improved transcript accuracy.
Who can see and edit the Transcription Dictionary?
Only Team Edition (TE) Admins can view and manage these keywords. This means TE Admins are the only users who can add, edit, or remove the Transcription Dictionary for your company.
How to edit the Transcription Dictionary:
You can add or remove keywords by navigating to Settings > Organizational Settings > Options.
