How can I see what Fathom plan I'm on?
How you view your billing and plan details depends on whether you are on an Individual plan or part of a Team plan.
Individual Plan
If you are using Fathom individually, you can manage your plan and billing details directly from your account.
Scroll down to Premium Features
Select Manage Billing
From here, you can:
View your current plan details
Update your payment method
Edit billing information
View invoice history and download past invoices
If you're on a Free plan, you'll see the Upgrade to restore access prompt that will allow you to sign up for Premium!
Team Plan
If you are part of a Fathom Team plan, billing is managed by your Team Admins.
To view billing details:
Click Users
Select Manage Billing
From the Manage Billing page, Team Admins can:
View the team’s plan information
Update payment methods
Edit billing details
View invoice history and download past invoices
Only Team Admins have access to manage billing for the team account. If you do not see the Manage Billing option, please reach out to your Team Admin for assistance.
