Joining a Fathom Team

Once you're added to a Fathom Team, you'll receive an invitation email to log in to Fathom and join that team.

You can decide if you would like to share your existing external meetings with the team or hide them.

You can toggle this on to share them or off to hide them. After joining the team, you can manually adjust each recording to share it or hide it with the team.

You can choose to share external meetings with your team by default or not. You will still be able to adjust individual meetings at any time.
