How to Find Fathom App Logs (Mac)

Step 1: Open Finder

Click on Finder in your dock or desktop.

Step 2: Navigate to the Logs Folder

In the top menu bar, click Go → Go to Folder...
Type or paste: ~/Library/Logs/Fathom/
Press Enter

Step 3: Locate the Log Files

You should see multiple log files in this folder. The most important ones for troubleshooting are:

main.log — Contains desktop app process information
renderer.log — Contains UI rendering information

Step 4: Send the Files

Attach all files from this folder to your support email or share via a link.

Tip: If you don't see the Library folder, it may be hidden. Hold Option while clicking the Go menu in Finder to reveal it.
