Using Multiple Fathom Accounts

We recommend using one email account for Fathom, however, we understand there are cases where you'll want more.

For example, if you're using Fathom for a work account (jane@work.com) and a personal account (jane@gmail.com), you'll want to record your work calls with the work email and personal calls with your Gmail account.

🗒️ Make sure you've downloaded the desktop app for Fathom and signed up for Fathom with each account.

To switch between Fathom accounts, be sure to log out on both the desktop app and web app.

If you're logging into Fathom through a Microsoft email address, you will be logged into the last account that you used. Using an incognito window should allow you to log into a separate account.
