No, they do not need a Fathom account!
When you share a link with someone, they can easily access the recording without the need to sign up for or download Fathom.
How to Share a Recording
Visit Fathom.Video and locate the recording you wish to share.
Once you've found the recording, navigate to https://fathom.video/home and click on the "Share" button. This will generate a shareable link containing the video, transcript, and any associated questions.
Simply copy the share link and send it to your colleagues or attendees. They can then use this link to access the recording directly, without the need for a Fathom account.
