Weekly Trackers Digest

Fathom sends a weekly Trackers usage stats digest email to help Team Admins stay on top of AI Search activity and overall usage across their organization.

At this time, the weekly Trackers usage stats digest is available only to Team Admins.

To receive the email, a Team Admin must meet both of the following requirements:

• Be subscribed to at least one Tracker

• Have at least one subscribed Tracker that triggered a match during the week

Usage stats reporting is currently directly tied to Tracker activity. If no Tracker matches occur during the week, the digest will not be sent.

• The weekly digest is sent every Sunday night

• It replaces the previous weekly subscription emails

Instead of receiving emails based on when a subscription was created, Team Admins now receive one consolidated weekly email covering all Trackers activity from the week.

The weekly digest provides a summary of:

• Tracker matches from the past week

• Activity from real-time Tracker subscriptions

• Activity from daily Tracker subscriptions

This digest serves as a weekly overview of Tracker usage and matches across the organization.

Note: Real-time and daily Tracker emails will continue to send at their normal cadence. The weekly digest does not replace them — it complements them with a consolidated summary.

Usage stats in the weekly digest are currently reported at the organization level.
