How to delete a recording

Deleting call recordings is a straightforward process, and you have two easy options to do so:

If you want to delete a recording from the Call Recording Page, here's how:

1. Navigate to the Call Recording Page.

2. Hover over the three dots located next to the 'Share' button.

3. Click on the 'Delete Call' button.

You can also delete a recording directly from your Home Page by following these steps:

1. Locate the recording you wish to delete.

2. Hover over the three dots next to the recording.

3. Click on 'Delete Recording'.

Before you proceed with deleting a call recording, keep the following in mind:

• Deleting a call recording will also remove all associated notes. Please save any necessary information before proceeding with the deletion.

• Once deleted, a call cannot be recovered, as we do not store the data.
