How to Access the Deal View
The Deal View in our Team Edition plan provides a comprehensive overview of your deals, including key details like company name, deal amount, activity, stage, and close date. You can follow the steps below to access and navigate this feature!
The “Deals” tab is available to users who meet the following conditions:
They are part of a team on a Business Plan.
The team’s account is connected to one of the supported CRMs (either HubSpot or Salesforce).
There is at least one open deal (in HubSpot) or an opportunity (in Salesforce) visible in the Deal View.
If one or more of those conditions are not met, then the Deals tab will not appear.
How to Access the Deals Tab
Log in to your Fathom account.
Navigate to the Deals tab — it’s right next to the “Alerts” tab.
Click on Deals to view your CRM-connected opportunities.
Explore the Deal View
The Deal View will display all current open deals along with key information such as:
Company Name
Deal Amount
Recent Activity
Stage
Close Date
Filtering Options
You can also filter deals to focus on specific criteria by using the options available at the top of the Deal View:
Sales Reps: View deals assigned to individual team members.
Deal Status: Filter by:
Open Deals
Closed Won
Closed Lost
All Closed
Close Date: Narrow down deals by their expected close date. Filter by:
Closing This Month
Closing This Quarter
Closed Last Month
Closed Last Quarter
