Setting Up Real-Time Coaching

Real-time coaching will display notifications during your call to let you know your talk time percentage, detect if you’re monologuing, and for how long.
Configuring Real-Time Coaching
Open the Fathom desktop app drawer and click Menu.
Toggle Real-time coaching on or off using the toggle:
Keep in Mind
If your call is over 30 minutes, the Talk Time notification will appear every 10 minutes.
If your call is less than 30 minutes, the Talk Time notification will appear every 5 minutes.
A monologue is flagged when you are talking for a consecutive 90 seconds or more.
