Automatically Send Recordings to Attendees

On the Customize page, you can scroll down to Automatically Send Recordings to Attendees and toggle this on or off.
For the “Automatically Send Recordings to Attendees” preference, we send the email if and only if the following criteria are met:
Call is external
You are the host of the call
Call is scheduled (i.e., from your calendar)
Number of guests (from the calendar event) is <= 5
At least one guest has not declined the event
If there are multiple guests, they are all from the same company
If all of these criteria are met, we send the email to all guests for which we were able to match a meeting participant to the calendar event attendee.
