Using Trackers

Edited

This feature is currently available to a limited set of users and will roll out to everyone soon.

If you don’t have this yet, please refer to Creating and Subscribing to Alerts.

Trackers help you automatically monitor important moments across all your calls, such as competitor mentions, pricing discussions, objections, feature requests, or themes that matter to your team.

Trackers don’t rely on exact keywords. Instead, they use AI Search to detect moments based on meaning, even if the exact phrase wasn’t spoken. This makes them far more powerful and accurate than traditional keyword alerts!

What Trackers Do

Trackers allow you to:

  • Automatically detect themes across all recorded calls

  • Track moments, not just words

  • Get weekly summaries of everything your Tracker found

  • Review all matches in one place

  • Keep teams aligned on what matters most

Creating a Tracker

1. Go to the Trackers Tab

Open Fathom and click Trackers from the menu.

2. Click “Create Tracker”

You’ll see a list of examples, or you can start from scratch.

3. Describe what you want to track

Common Trackers include:

  • “Pricing objections”

  • “Competitor mentions”

  • “Customer pain points”

  • “Feature requests”

  • “Customer interest in integrations”

💡 Trackers use AI, so you don’t have to guess the exact words someone might say. Fathom will match the meaning, not just the phrase.

4. Save your Tracker

Your Tracker will immediately start scanning new calls for matching moments.

Weekly Tracker Digest

Every Sunday evening, Team Admins subscribed to at least one Tracker will receive a weekly digest email summarizing:

  • Tracker activity from the past week

  • Matches across real-time, daily, and weekly subscriptions

  • Org-level usage statistics
