Account-Wide Ask Fathom Usage Limits

Edited

Account-Wide Ask Fathom lets you ask questions across your meetings — not just one call at a time.

Right now, the feature is in a free preview period, so all users have unlimited access.

Starting March 15, usage limits will apply based on your plan.

Current Access (Free Preview)

✅ Unlimited Account-Wide Ask Fathom for all plans

Limits Starting March 15

Free Plan

  • Ask Fathom can search only your last 2 weeks of calls

Premium Plan

  • Unlimited access to your meeting history

Team / Standard Plans

  • My Calls → Unlimited

  • Team Calls → Last 2 weeks only

  • All Calls → Last 2 weeks only (includes Team Calls)

Business / Pro Plans

  • Unlimited across My Calls and Team Calls

When you ask a question, Ask Fathom searches based on the dropdown context:

  • My Calls

  • Team Calls

  • All Calls

Limits apply to the selected context, not the tab you’re on.

Example: You can be on “My Calls” but choose “Team Calls” in the dropdown — Team Calls limits will apply.

Additional Notes

  • Free and Premium users won’t see the context dropdown because they only search My Calls.

  • “All Calls” follows the same limits as “Team Calls” since it includes team meetings.
